Each session begins with a trauma-informed intake to ensure your treatment plan is safe, aligned, and uniquely designed for you.​​​

All sessions are by appointment only and must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
This allows time to prepare your healing space with care, intention, and energetic alignment. 

• Please arrive on time to honor both your energy and mine.

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to ground your energy and allow us to begin smoothly. This helps you receive the full healing experience.

• If you need to reschedule, please reach out at least 24 hours prior to your appointment so your session time can be offered to another client in need.

• Reschedules made before this window are always welcomed, and I’ll do my best to find a new time that flows gently with your schedule.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or missed sessions, are non-refundable.

• If you’re running late, please send a quick message — I’ll always do my best to accommodate within the scheduled time frame, but sessions will still end at their original time to respect other clients.

• Each session is created as a sacred experience tailored just for you.

  Complimentary sessions are offered as a gesture of gratitude and healing.
  Because each session requires intentional preparation, energetic alignment, and dedicated time, missed free sessions or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) cannot be rebooked or replaced.

• No-shows will not receive another complimentary session.
