🌸 Refund Policy

All services and products from Neurovert Holistic Healing are handcrafted and energetically prepared with love and attention. Because of their personal and holistic nature, all sales are considered final once an item or service has been delivered. However, my goal is always to ensure that every client feels supported, valued, and cared for.

Holistic Services (Reiki, Intuitive Counseling, and Spiritual Life Coaching)

 

Service payments are non-refundable once booked or completed. Each appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and preparation begins well before your session. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so that your time slot can be offered to another client. Sessions may be rescheduled within 30 days of the original appointment, based on availability.

Refunds cannot be issued for missed or same-day canceled appointments. If an emergency arises, please contact me directly at hello@NeurovertHolisticHealing.com or 813-679-5278, and I will do my best to accommodate a compassionate solution, such as rescheduling or applying your payment toward a future session.

Physical Products (Teas and Energy Sprays)

All teas and sprays are handcrafted in small batches and infused with intention, quality, and care. Because these products are personal, energetic, and consumable, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted once shipped or picked up.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at hello@NeurovertHolisticHealing.com with photos of the issue. I will happily offer a replacement or store credit for the affected item.

Please note that variations in scent, color, or appearance may occur — this is part of the natural, handmade process and does not affect the quality or intention of the product.

Every tea and energy spray from Neurovert Holistic Healing is lovingly handcrafted and packaged with care. My goal is to ensure your order arrives safely and full of positive energy.

All items are made to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. During busy times or holidays, processing may take a little longer, but I will always notify you if there are any expected delays.

Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using standard shipping unless otherwise requested. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving my care, depending on your location. If you need your order by a specific date or would like to upgrade to faster shipping, please contact me at hello@NeurovertHolisticHealing.com before purchasing.

If you are local to the Tampa Bay area, local pickup may be available upon request. Please reach out before completing your purchase to arrange a convenient pickup time and location.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. From time to time, I may offer free shipping promotions or special discounts — these will be announced on the website or through email updates.

Once your package leaves my care and is in the hands of USPS, I am not responsible for delays, lost items, or incorrect addresses. However, if your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at hello@NeurovertHolisticHealing.com with photos or tracking details, and I will gladly assist or provide a replacement where appropriate.
